This is why I opt for shelf bras and tank tops for when in social settings or areas I don’t feel entirely comfortable in a bra. They don’t give me same amount of support as a pullover or racerback but nonetheless do keep me controlled enough to be comfortable and discreet more than any other option

I am with you, blad.
They have slowed down but are filling out. 44 underBust/ 51 + bust . I tend to use a sports pullover bra & a busy patterned shirt. Seems to work well 90% of the time, otherwise I have a high side panel 3/4 hook underwire to rid me of the tennis ball sensation in my armpit .
Regards, Bob

Dude,

Bingo.  Same here.  More important, my wife approves.  just need to match to colors.

Matching is key, i find even when they are slightly off color it can create an issue I'd rather not have. Used to sit longer in the mirror than usual enjoying how workouts were paying off, now it's to make sure my bras aren't showing lol being a guy can be tough lol

Have had some growing pains lately where shirts are feeling more restrained I feel my growth has taken on more volume and size. Could be water weight or pseudo growth but it definitely feels tissue has grown more

No denying you have some growth.  Embrace it.  You look great.

Thanks. At this stage i definitely do. Standing they aren’t as apparent but sitting how I typically would be. Sauna, pools, etc it helps seeing what others see in the “worst case scenario” posture. I’ve come to accept them
