Yes the shoulder straps are a bit short but that's all  There's a Doreen delicate  version available with less pointy cups and strap adjusters on the back too. The cups are also 2 section instead of 3.

 My blue one was half price in the sale.  I would to have the long line version but I  don't think it's available in my size.    I bet your 40C looks amazing. 

It looks similar to yours. I even wear t-shirts with the Doreen. Even at the supermarket with this outfit nobody cared.

Is that a women's top? I like the cut. It looks good on you.

Yes it works thanks.  A very enjoyable video which shows the lift and projection possible from a well engineered non wired bra. Truly amazing in the large cup sizes.

There was a Bali bra that looked a lot like that Doreen.  It came in longline, too.  I think they stopped making it

The Bali “flower bra” DF0180, although underwired, may be as close as is currently available to the classic 3300.  If you want a “pointy” profile bra, search Etsy.com where there are a number of possibilities.

It might be possible, but on the website I found, it it's only sold in very few sizes and only in white. Nevertheless, if you scroll down the pics, you'll notice that the Doreen bra gives always pointy breasts, no mattter how big or small they are.

I used to be adamant about no white bras but as time has passed, I am open to white bras. I think it's because I have learned how to be modest with my "unmentionables".

I still remember WAY back, when I first started wearing a bra, my mother cautioned me about wearing a white bra under a white shirt. I was probably, 13 or 14 years old. She said that a white bra would show very easily through a white shirt. She had told me to wear a beige or even a red bra instead. I told her that I didn't have any red bras. She went to my sister's room and gave me one of hers to wear. A couple years later, I had my own.

There is also an almost exact replica of Triumph Doreen bras available. The brand name is Marlon. The only difference seems to be more regular 3/4" wide straps instead of the 1" wide straps of the Doreen:
