Hi,

It's just me again.

Well, I must say that I never thought these words would come from my mouth.  It has been a few days since I began my journey.  I am enjoying my life so much more now.  Actually not so sure I would choose to lose "my girls" if I had the option (without surgery).

I have begun a firming exercise program that seems to be working. I doesn't change the size, obviously; but it definitely makes them 'perkier.'  And who doesn't like perky?   Tapotement massage with fingertips is absolutely the best way to end any exercise program.  I could have sworn they smiled at me today.  :):) [imaginations are wonderful things].

If ya have um, take care of um.

Hi what exercises are you doing?  I have been doing 100 wall press ups a day for 3 months now and that seems to be firming them up a little.

It's amazing how much more comfortable you can be by a little breast  self care. Some people may think how feminine or such when the reality is it's just what you do for good breast health. Proper support can increase your personal comfort and self image. That's not to say it's always peaches and cream because it's not. Particularly summertime when sweat can become your worst enemy in multiple ways. But I think you'll find treating your girls for what they are is a positive not only in your physical well-being but your mental well-being as well.

Yes! I have very sensitive skin and boob sweat always gives me heat rashes. My doctor prescribed Nystatin topical talc powder to be applied daily to keep yeast at bay and it does great. Also in the summer heat it's essential to keep a clean and dry bra everyday. In the winter I might get two days of wear out of my bras.

Hi, AlfaQ.
I won't try to post a link here, but I can give you the reference that should get you to the youtube clip that I use.  I am in no way connected to this person/site/or clip.

"Blush with me-Parmita"

"How to lift sagging breasts - Try these 10 Breast Exercises for 10 days."

These exercises seem to be low to medium impact and should be suitable for almost anyone without known physical issues.  Everyone else - please consult your doctor or trainer.

I especially like her emphasis on the muscle groups involved and why they work.

It is too early to tell if they do all they are supposed to do, but the physiology seems to be sound.

Please let me know what you determine.

By the way, no doubt many of you are aware of this product, but I have found it to be most effective for skin/skin or fold contact perspiration.  The product is called Balmex.  It is some serious lotion.  It takes a while for it to be absdorbed, but once it is, it is good for pretty much all day.

It was recommended to someone who had had surgery and the skin was becoming irritated by its contact with skin. (not the incision itself, however.).  It may help.

Hello again!

It had been a few weeks now since my first post. To date all my experiences have been positive. My bras are doing a fine job of keeping everything together and stable.

I am wearing them pretty much all my waking hours and have noted much less neck pain and better posture.

While I notice a subtile difference in my appearance while wearing certain clothing, no one else does (or they simply do not care).

I now feel uncomfortable without one. I do not see a two piece bathing suit in my future, but that is a small price to pay. ;)

Anyone who is undecided about wearing a bra should at least try it. It has to be the right size, so a fitting is highly recommended.

There are plenty of One Piece options that might work for you. One of those is a tankini.

I have also seen scuba suits with short sleeves and short legs as well and the way they are built would give plenty of support in the chest. You could also simply wear a sports bra and a t-shirt to cover it.

Another one I just found is a concealer compression swimsuit one piece, here is the link:

Once you have got used to a bra it's difficult to go without one.  My posture is so much better when I have mine on.

"Tank" you, Birdie. That tankini is actually attractive. I would definitely consider it.

The scuba suit is quite effective and would fit in most beach scenes, probably not at the "Y" though.

I forgot to thank you for the new resource, Birdie.  That site has some really nice things. No doubt I will be using it
