There was a posting on the boards regarding availability of bras with large band size and smaller cups.  I am also experiencing this problem, so I thought it might be helpful to publish what I have found to date, and to open a thread perfhaps containing the findings of others.

Please note that I am in no way connected to any of the companies listed here, nor have I purchased anything from them to date", however I do inted to make some purcases soon.

I am adding the list that was given to me by Angi of Twin Sisters Mastectomy:

ABC 130 (American Breast Care but actually made in Canada) White / Beige / Black
This bra has a high cotton content and small, seamless cups.
The bra does up in the front and has a band that is well defined to keep it from riding up.  It also has a wide, seamless back to minimize any outline of a band.
The band sizes are: Small / Medium / Large/ XL/ XXL
The cup sizes are A/B / C/D
Based on what you have told me, I would suggest: Large  A/B
Amoena 44872 Black-Grey combo
This bra comes in specific sizing 32-42 Band . / Cups AA-DD
Wider straps and a longer line bra.
Designed as a sports bra for good support.
Amoena 44802 Blush Light Beige) / Black
This is an extremely comfortable, longer line bra.
The pockets come with a "nipple cover pad" that is easily removable.
The bra comes in sizes: Small / Medium / Large/ XL / XXL
There are no cup sizes in this bra and can lay reasonably flat.
*This bra has a lot of stretch to it, which makes it comfortable but may also ride up if the fit is not right.
I'm not sure where you are in the world, but these products are distributed worldwide.
Have a great day and I hope you find something that works for you.

Please provide feedback and/or additions to the list.

I hope this helps.

For smaller breast sizes looking for good side support Torrid has several sports bras that will work just fine.

Here is one of them:

I would urge everyone to enter their measurements in the "A bra that fits calculator" linked to reditt feed and don't follow the old +4 inches underband protocol.  You may find that you need a smaller underband and larger cup size than you think.  I once thought that I was a 38A and I  was recently fitted to a 32DD at Boux Avenue.  You should also always swoop and scoop all your breast tissue into the cups.  I am wearing a 34DD in the pic.

Thank You. This is exactly the type of information that I was hoping for.
