Yesterday evening was pleasantly warm so I elected to do some gardening. I decided to go braless wearing just a T shirt which was a little tight.  As the evening wore on it turned decidedly chilly and breezy. I certainly felt the impact on nipples which grew and hardened significantly.  Soon my t shirt was aggravating them quite a bit. It was both an itching and tingling sensation that penetrated right into my breasts. Quite uncomfortable really and it lasted quite a while after I went indoors.  It's definitely better to wear a bra under a T shirt and forget about being noticed.

With all the nettles and thistles in our garden that could either be painful or fun depending on your preferences. 😁

DIVINYLS - Pleasure & Pain (1985) HD

😉

I didn't know this singer before. Crissy Amphlett. Wikipedia writes that she got breast cancer (she made it public at age 50 in 2010) and died of it in 2013. She was exactly one month older than me.

After her death her family launched the "I touch myself" project for breast cancer awareness in 2014.

We should not forget that one per cent of all breast cancer diseases develop in men. Men with gynecomastia are at a higher risk than men without. The problem is that most of the men AND the medical staff are not aware of this and there is almost no research. Thus we should do our breast exams for ourselves. There are a lot of videos on YouTube how to do it. A video by the Stanford University shows how a physician does it. I didn't find a video on YouTube of a breast self exam without clothes. This is utterly ridiculous. Perhaps you can find one and give us the link.

It's a pity that Christine Joy Amphlett died already at age 53.

A bra is just an article of clothing for people with breasts.

I have a mammogram every year.  It's not something I look forward to.  This year my wife and I are scheduled back to back.  She goes first.  This should alive my anxiety.

I had my first breast exam when I was 23. My female doctor at the time recognized my gynecomastia and performed the exam.

I find that the a/c in my truck really get the headlights going and the seatbelt sits in exactly the wrong spot without a bra on.

Roger that on the seatbelt in the wrong spot.

as far as the mammograms go, women are given a different pathway when a lump is found. There is genetic testing that is done to check the mutant genes,HER 1&2, BRCA 1&2, and most CHEK 2. If the lump is benign and the gene check out, it gives a clear pathway for future care. If the lump is benign, and the jeans are mutated, there are several different options, clinically and surgically to follow depending on patient’s history physical and the gene involved.
Current literature on the CHEK gene shows an overall propensity of 20 to 44% likelihood of cancer in a female.

Currently the big university center and genetic counselors recommended a mammogram every year. The Radiologist keeps canceling it telling the rest of the team he knows more about MEN syndrome. HAH!

I have MEN Type 4, he never heard of it. That’s because it wasn’t defined years ago when he was in school.

I am retired and read all day he is working and likely overworked with no time to read.

Happy we are leaving this town. The docs here are not as good as the old guard. Oh, well .
Regards, Bob
