Nipple cover recommendations please?

It's  now summer t shirt weather and I am wearing my more sheer bras and my nipples seem to be more obvious than last summer. I prefer light weight shirts so I think it is time to try nipple covers and I was wondering if anyone had any advice or recommendations to offer.  I was thinking of trying the adhesive silicone ones.

Yeah I  got some self adhesive silicone covers today.  They seem to be effective and comfortable. I will see how long they last,  I  might keep them for occasions I am out and about as  some of shirts are a bit clingy.

A few nights ago when I removed my bra before bed I noticed that my nipples were much larger,  harder and more rubbery than usual.  This tends to happen in cold weather , when feeling horny or from friction if I go without a bra. On this occasion it cannot have any of these factors. I  was just wondering if anyone else has these random nipple enlargements and what might  cause them. They did  eventually return to their normal size.

My nipples stay in some form of erection just about all the time. They have been doing this for the past few years. Tbh, I don't exactly remember when I started noticing it but for many, that's not unusual the more feminine the breast become.

  I wouldn't be alarmed at all.  I get that often, even in the warmer months.  Yesterday I was outside and it was very warm, I came in to change out of my T shirt and put a thinner fishing shirt on.  I think the cooler inside air, A/C on, rushing over me when I removed the T shirt and then then the thinner shirt brushing over the nipples in a very thin bra,  brought them to attention.  clearly seen for a while until they settled down again.  I have them enlarged, off and on, often.  I have, and do use, nipple covers or pedals to hide those times when it might not be appropriate.

Thanks for the reassurance.   It was the random nature of this happening that was puzzling but I  suppose that it goes with the territory of having developed boobs and not everything can be controlled or explained.

If you haven't realized by now, breasts do what they want. Not what you want them to do.
