Growth Signs

Good morning. I was thinking earlier regarding signs of growth occurring. Often times I feel we associate aches and pains as signs of things coming. But this isn’t always the case. Many often report feeling nothing and just acknowledging one day things got fuller. 
For me, I often haven’t felt things happening and only have a a few times. But more than not I notice my brain becomes quite foggy feeling. Almost in a very relaxed state. My anxiety also elevates a bit and my skin becomes increasingly soft and sensitive to temperature and touch. My libido stops entirely and may go a week or so without a lot of things below. 
This to me sends information to me that my hormones are on a gradual to significant shift in to E more than T. And by the time my body feels “normal” I find my breasts have gained in either shape size or volume to some degree. 

Curious if anyone else identifies growth likely to occur that isn’t the tell tale signs we often associate it to.
