For many of us its the time of year when our boobs and bras get rather hot a sweat running the risk of rashes and fungal infections.   I was out all day in my Panache Clara and it got very sweaty and quite unpleasant Especially in the crease where the underwires sit.  There are so called bra liners available and other DIY hacks to try such as using panty liners (believe it or not).  Has anyone tried anything to deal with the dreaded boob sweat?

I don't try to prevent the boob sweat because it's inevitable, I just tried to prevent the rashes. I use prescription Nystatin powder every morning before I put my bra on.

Thanks Justagirl, that's a good idea.  I don't fancy adding adding more fabric layers inside my bra as it is already warm enough.

An unlined bra has a better chance of not retaining the moisture as long. I always use these when traveling. (They are also less bulky to pack when traveling).

At home, I change after a walk as my bra gets soaked.
If the bra fits, wear it.

In Nuevo Mexico we have been hitting 108 in the highs.  The heat can be devastatingly hot.

We cannot stop the sweat and actually you dont really want to. Bit washing afterwards is paramount.  I dont have any foldover yet, but I def. get the sweat bombs.  The other half has had pritty serious yeast infections before and it can get grody.   The big point is to watch the sugar intake.  It wont stop it, but it will cut down the nastiness .

Boob sweat has always been a thing for me,  even in the pre bra days. It's less prevalent now than before but I have gone the route of unlined lace cup bras and lighter material tops mindful of any see-through. As a well endowed lady friend once told me, keep the air flow moving. And if not wear liners in your bra. There has been times when deodorant under and in the fold has also helped. The only problem there is you have to wash the bra more often because of the bra band sitting in the deodorant. That's why liners are more preferred. Since doing that, while not completely stopping boob sweat, it has greatly reduced it for me.
