I get jealous of the clothing women can wear. They can wear whatever they want and it’s totally excepted. But men on the other hand can only wear what’s labeled for them and no wild colors. Their shoes are even fun. Men just put on those blue or black pants and boring shirts and shoes and sit down and shut up. What I would give to be able to wear a skirt on those hot summer days. Look how they get to dress in the summer. Comfy and cool.

I do wear some womens jeans and shirts. Shoes are a must because of my smaller very narrow feet. But have to be careful with color and style. Can’t have anything look to feminine or the fashion police will come after you. If we could only dress as we please without the criticism and out cry. The men’s clothing section at stores might be as large as the women’s. Like tank tops and short shorts. If we wear a tank top all of a sudden it’s a wife beater shirt. Or short shorts…wow are you gay? Even though back in the 70s that’s what men wore. How about swim trunks. In the 70s we all wore speedos. Today it’s baggy swim trunks that hang to your knees so heavy they can drown you🤣🤣

I do think things are changing and people are generally more accepting of diversity,  at least in the UK.  I remember being advised not to wear a purple pullover because that was a gay colour.   Now later in life I am not too concerned what people think.  Faux leather leggings are one of my favourite items because I like the way they support my legs and reduce fatigue.  I wear them a lot and most people seem unconcerned by my transgression.  If the clothing works for you wear it.

Agreed. I’m not a crossdresser by any means but it’s just common sense that men’s fashion sucks. And women’s is much more relaxed and fun. The colors and fabrics, styles and options. From shoes to shirts pants and others. 

Last year my wife was getting rid of a lot of clothes that didn’t fit her anymore. Putting in a tote for storage. Can’t lie, curiosity got the best of me and for some months I would regularly wear dressers or tops or shoes of hers since we’re same size. I got tired of trying to get clothes out and put them back and got tired of wearing them after awhile. But how nice it is to just have the option. 

I don’t imagine we’ll see a guy walking around in flats and a sun dress anytime soon and be considered normal. Especially if like use who have cleavage to add to it. But how nice it would be to just be able to toss on a light blouse and skirt and enjoy the ventilation and comfort without concern.

I wear short shorts (always with support or medical compression pantyhose) and I wear women's sleeveless tops with a bra. Nobody cares. It is fact, that men have more possibilities now.

But a man in a dress is very, very rare. Men in skirts are more common meanwhile. And at least in Germany there is a community of men who wear speedos and women's swimsuits.

Yeah over in that side of the world I’d imagine it’s much more freeing. Over here I don’t imagine much confrontation over it but there’d definitely be conversations amongst those who see a man in short shorts and women’s sleeveless top with bra visible that he is a few words of this and that lol.

Short shorts and women's sleeveless tops with some glimpses of a bra possible. I had thought the same, but all my visits at the supermarket in summer 2024 (this summer we moved to another European country, thus my long break here, until we got our new internet connection) were without any problems. Perhaps it is depending on how somebody behaves. I almost forgot that I wore my short shorts, pantyhose and bra and communicated with other people just normal.

Now we are living in a conservative European country and we have no problems whatsoever.

Interesting that the guys in the swimming suits have a Donald Sutherland look alike on the left.

Like Taxmapper, I only have cleavage when lying on my side. I do sport a bit of jealousy that my projection is not as much as I would like when I want to show. It would also be great not to have the tennis ball in the armpits feeling.

New in small town Tennessee & no one here has noticed the boobs. The weather is T shirt only right now. And like gotgyne the place is very conservative.

Today I had to drive someone to the ER of a local hospital because of a sudden problem with his eye.

I was mowing the lawn as it happened. I only quickly changed my clothes but kept my Doreen bra, which I had chosen for the strenous work.
If you know the Doreen bra, you know that the outline of my breasts under my shirt was clearly visible.
I accompanied the person to the waiting room and even to a female ophthalmologist. 
Regarding my bra happened ... nothing.

The enemy is not outside, it is in our head. Be self confident and wear your bras every day the whole day. Even on family gatherings.
Life is too short for rotten compromises.
