So I got an email update from the medical folks, and they want me to set up for a Mammogram...........

And prostate.

I did NOT order this combo plate.

I'm thinking your GP or otherwise is either looking out for you due to your overall health status or looking to feed the pig?

Completely different in WA State. They wouldn’t do the recommended tests for a known condition. Left the state.

I think it is worthwhile on both counts of the combo plate.

Mammogram will confirm gynecomastia (likely since you are here) and understand its health, but also rule out breast cancer which while very unlikely, its good to know for sure as it needs to be caught early. For me it was good to know - and while I was the only person there at the time, the technician said I was the fourth guy that day.

On the prostate, if it is enlarging (BPH) you want to catch it early too as it enlarges in almost all men eventually, so if it is, slowing or even reversing sooner than later is better. It is probably benign, but again, needs to be caught early if not. For me, BPH became problematic to live with, and it took trying different combinations of meds over time, but things are much, much better now.
