I would agree that some growth has happened.  You look good and I'm glad your at a good place and accept them.  They look great and doesn't have to change how we live.

I found it interesting that your plastic surgen claimed you only needed surgery on one side?
My right breast has prominent glandular tissue and my left one dosen't, although they are both developing femininely in appearance. Just my left breast is a bit smaller.
My Endo. Considered my breast development more as unilateral. And claimed to the suggestion that if I want to have surgery done. The the right side is more the target than the left side due to the glandular tissue growth in my right breast.
But I feel If I were to have surgery I would need to have it done on both sides. Glandular extraction with fat tissue on the right and lipo on the left.
I can't say for sure. But maybe this is some shead of light as to why you got that reason for only one side?
Here's a photo of my condition to give you an idea.

That’s a good point.  Maybe if I had continued to discuss surgery with the doctor we might have gotten into a discussion of my right breast and what might have been needed.

But after the doctor’s description of my options for my left breast, surgery wasn’t anything I wanted a part of.

I also looked into what the surgery procedure would involve and like yourself I'm not interested in it either.
Mine aren't all that large at this point. And if they do continue to grow I feel I'm at the point of acceptance to start wearing a bra full time if nessessarry. I'm already testing the waters with occasional bra wearing in public now as things are.

I’m wearing full time now, don’t like the discomfort at the end of the day if I don’t wear.  I have several bras that make the most of my shallow wide set breasts and I enjoy wearing them.

My breasts are growing slowly so I decided to see how comfortable I can be without going to great measures to hide them.  Still darker colors and an unbuttoned shirt most days, but I’m doing some days with lighter colors or leaving the unbuttoned shirt at home.

Just trying to be comfortable with where I’m at.

From looking at your photos it appears that you have filled out quite a bit in the past year.
My initial onset began about a year ago at age 64. One thing I'm learning about gyno is that it doesn't seem to completely stop growing.
Mine has slowed down but I'm starting to also fill out more like yourself.
I'm pretty much in acceptance with my gyno at this point. I'm not concerned anymore about how large my breasts may get and I'm prepared to accept wearing a bra full time too.
Thankfully my wife is very supportive and understanding about me having gynecomastia and how I feel I need to deal with it.
As far as bras go. I like the smooth seamless pull over sports bra type or bralette styles so I can be able to wear them under my T-shirt in the up coming warmer weather and not expose any hardware threw my shirt.
I'm trying to find some that have an underwire? But having no luck so far.
I want to be able to swoop and scoop everything nicely into the cups whare it belongs.
I know that'll promote more prominent projection.  But I think I'll be ok with that. I feel confident enough about myself now not to worry about having my boobs on full display out in public.
I'm at an age and point in my life now and not so concerned about what other people may think.
I just want to be comfortable and if I'm going to be seen by others I want to at least add a nice shape and contour to my lady lumps.
