A lady once told me to stop eating meat to reduce my gyne. I did and it helped substantailly.

My further proof of meat eating causing gyne is with the recent arrival of christmas.
i ate allot of ham and other meats for about 3 or 4 days. now my gyne is back in full throttle again.

looks like lots of veggie soups coming up./

Quite sensible if your gyno is fat. So the lesson is: don't eat red meat if your gyno is fat (because red meat is the more fatty one) and don't eat white meat if your gyno is gland because white meat is from animals fed  on estrogenes. And if your gyno is both fat and gland, well,... good appetite.

I eat fish but not meat, gyne is getting worse.
