the doc did say something about reducing them and he may have.  He did use Steri Strips to secure my nipples because he did cut 3/4 around them to remove tissue.  All of my stitches were internal and he used derma bond aka super glue to close to incisions on the outside.  He is a great doctor and one of the best in the south east US, his whole approach to surgery is to make it look natural as if you never had surgery.  I totally recommend him he rocks and is very professional, and as you can tell from the pics does great work.  This is the link to his web page for anyone that is interested he dosen't have gyno pics but most of yall have seen mine.  http://www.plasticsurgerycarolina.com/

damn i take it that would be considered a severe case of gyne, you look great now. if mine was like that id bug my parents everyday for surgery.
