Since Gynecomastia is not a disease, There will never be a cure.  

There are some preparations which have at least anecdotal evidence of help. the problem is that many of these can actually make things worse if there is not a full understanding of what you are using and why you are using it.

This means that a good set of lab tests are needed and someone who has the expertise to understand those tests. Your best bet would be a Reproductive Endocrinologist.

There are no products available without a prespription that have a proven record of being both safe and effective.

There are a lot of people who will attempt to make money out of your hope for an easy solution to your problem.  Let the buyer beware.
