would you recommend me to take the operation?

hi guys!

a little background, i'm 1.78 m' long, 78 kg and 21 years old.

i have thoose glands udner my nipples and
i'm taking serious thoughts of the operation,
and i have a few questions

1. what could go wrong with the operation , and what are the statistics for "bad operations"?

2. how long it takes untill i can workout again?

3. sometimes i feel kind of a pressure on my chest esp, in the nipples area, could it be psychological?

4. and ofcourse should i do the operation, i think that i'm kinda obsessed with my nipples.

Your nipples dont seem to bad, but its not my place to decide if you should go for surgery or not. This is a decision that you have to ultimatly make yourself. It all depends on ho woyu feel about your own self image. Good Luck

You look fine, i see no problem. The nipple does pertrude a little bit but nothing out of the ordinary...
Surgery is up to you, if you feel it will release you from this physical & mental situation......go for it!!!!
Only looks like a tiny bit of gland.......si i can't imagine any complications.
