does anyone know any tricks to tell the insurance companies.  I was told they arent taking out as much as they need to take out to have insurance cover it.  If anyone has had insurance cover or any advice on it let me know

Many insurance companies deny requests for male breast reduction surgery. The condition is so common that they consider it normal.

Then you have to go through an appeal process. You will need to demonstrate that there is a medical need. If your breasts are quite large, this may be not too difficult to do; But you are more likely to be successful if you see a Psychologist and get a well written letter illustrating how the Gynecomastia is causing emotional problems etc.
