There are people who distinguish between Glandular tissue which they call True Gynecomastia and fatty tissue which they call Pseudo Gynecomastia.

I do not like those distinctions because the simple truth is the Gynecomastia usually consists of Both Glandular and Fatty tissue.

Even a skilled doctor can sometimes be misled as to what is there.
