Pre-operative questions for assessing a surgeon

Hi

I am trying to choose a surgeon in Bangkok Thailand (I live in Singapore). Does anyone have experience of the right type of questions to ask in order to select a good surgeon?

My check list is:

- how many ops per month.
- price

I have puffy nipples and am concenred about scaring.

Any help much appreciated.
