Getting a revision!

Im a little over 3 months post op from lipo ONLY and my PS said he will do a revision next month to remove the hard buildup that was left behind. I only have to pay for the facility fee

Did your doc just use regular old lipo or was it that ultrasonic lipo?  Also, what was the problem, puffy nipples?  Is he gonna do just lipo again for the revision or do an excision as well?

Im just trying to get facts straight in case i need a revision in the future.  I had just lipo as well.  thanks

The original surgery was untrasonic lipo ONLY. They are still puffy and have hard tissue underneth. He is going to just do excision to remove the scar tissue and some muscle tissue to solve the cone shape of the nipples.

I had the same situation and had to pay $1,000 for my "free revision" to cover the OR.

shitttt....that totally sucks man. Your gonna have to go through all of that pain all over again.  

I just had my gynecomastia surgery this morning and DAYUUUUMMMM brotha it was soo painfull when i woke up. The pain has subsided now, but goddamn  !! It felt like i had just been hit by a car.

omg, another fee for the free revision.

this is one of my fears. 2 days before my operation, i was told to have both excision+lipo, so i agreed to pay the payment for both excision + lipo. on the day of operation, i was told to do lipo only, but still paid the whole lipo+excision fee. but my doctor told me that after 6 or 9 months, if gland will be visible, he will do a free revision. in case i will have glandular gyne, i hope it will be really free cause i really worked hard for the money i paid and it caused me to withdraw all my money in the bank.
