  • I've had my final operation :)
I would like to think of myself as the pioneer of travelling to sublice for gyno surgery 8)..........and i am even amazed at how good your results are. I didn't think i could be any more confident about the surgery......but you have proved me wrong. I am now even more excited and counting down the sleeps until the operation.....lol
Even if i am going to look silly with a vest on during the summer...lol :P

Hey ace, congratulations. Im well happy for you. I really wanted to see how the good doctor did his work and judging from your pics his works seems top notch. The nipple shot (saucy lol)  looks great and you can hardly make out a cut. As im having some gland taken out this has put my mind at ease somewhat. Roll on May 30.

Looking at my nipples today, u can no way tell that they have been cut. the scar (if any) has blended in nicely with my asian skin nipple colour. But it is a horiffic sight with the stitches in and blood caked around ( not trying to put u off, just prepare you !) U think my whole upper body is connected to the rest by just 2 pieces of thread, what if they become undone !!!! But they did a good stitching job, as my local nurse said when she took them out.

These ops should be done in autumn or winter where one generally wears several layers. I'd hate to wear more than a layer of clothing in the summer ie inc vest and feel icky all the time.

I only learned from u guys about push for excission.
I really wouldn't have wanted to go there get the lipo, come back, not be satisfied, go through the vest phase etc be flat but pointy, go back, go through the same process again, back home, vest for another month etc, and all this over a four month period or so.

It works out the same wether you pay the extra £300 now and get a discount and get both ops together, or go back later for a 're-fit' and pay approx £300 for travel and board and knock-out juice. So why not get it done in the first place and save yourself 3 months wait.

so as I have learnt PUSH FOR EXCISSION AND LIPO.
At the end of the day no one is going to refuse money and say 'no, keep your £300'

if that makes sense .... I've just come out of two day audit, where I was being ripped, I don't even know if I can speak or understand English anymore ....

Hi,
The clinic in Poland makes you stay for two nights after surgery,so you can count these three days as rest days....if you get the surgery on wednesday you leave one the friday., then you have the week end off.....thats five days of rest. After these five days you will know yourself if you can go back to work....but i think you will be ok....you are having gland removed not the chest muscle :P .
The only problem is wearing the compression vest four for weeks whilst sweating  ;D

Have you visited their site mate?
P.S. On the night of my return i was able to throw my nieces up and down with no bother....and extend m,y arms above my head n press them ( 6 yrs old)....and i felt nothing. If you are worried just put a few more days in or pull a sickie :)

This time next week Mark, it'll all be over  :o

I am now having alot of nerves and struggling to get to sleep at night thinking/worrying about it all. I know you'll say don't worry but i just can't help it.

fedupofhavingtits mate, you may have to wear a compression vest through the summer but atleast it will be the last summer you'll have to wear anything on your top half for the rest of your life. That will make it easier i'm sure  ;D

I read on this site today how one bloke bought a nike pr compression vest. He said he wore the compression vest ( from the clinic) for one week and then got a Nike  pro compression sport vest.....he says it is loads better as you can conceal it easier under a t-shirt.....so you don't have big shoulder staps poking through....lol. I think it was Big-bob who said it :) .I will have to ask how much they are...:)
I read up about them.....they push the sweat away from the body and keep you cool :)

I can't believe you are asking me that..... ;D . This thread is going to start resembling the Dean Martin and Oliver reed school of Health  ;).
I think a safe amount would be anything that could kill a small pony....and you want to stick with a % lower than used in paint stripper.....stick to them two rules and you should be fine....lol. I think as long as you don't get pissed you should be fine.....but to be honest i don't think you are meant to drink.....lol. I told the surgery i had 5 pints the night before abd they were cool with it.....but boy did i have a hangover when i came rounbd after the op.....lol. So rule of thumb...." stick with 2/3......thats or 3 ...not 23  8) ;D"

It is Eastern Europe, so the drinking games consist of a Smith & Weston and one bullet….Nothing like a nice game of roulette with like minded friends 8) :o. I do advise caution when speaking with people in the bar as you don’t want to wake up the next morning to find that you have married one of their fine lovely daughters ( due to the language barrier….not the culture honest)  .Then again , eastern European women are beautiful ;D…..so that would be pretty cool …lol .
I think Eastern Europe has the finest selection of Lager and beer in the world. The brewers over there still take pride in their jobs and prefer quality to quantity…lol., I lived in eastern Europe for several months during the summer of 04 and I swear you could drink gallons of the stuff and still feel great the next day but if you decided to drink something British or ozzy……yep you guessed, you end up green for a whole day!!! ;)
