i had surgery on April 13 (Thursday). Today is April 17. When can i take the vest off and take a look??!!

Your doctor should have given you a timeline for your first shower.  Usually about 3 days is minimum to take a quick shower and get a look at the results.  But remember that you will be swollen and it can take months for the final result.
