Affording the Surgery In Dallas,tx

I currently do not have enough money to pay for the surgery being done by dr kenkel here in dallas,tx (3,000). They wont do downpayments or monthly payments, i have no insurance. Capital ones healthcare financing looked interesting. I have little credit and have only 1 card with a very low limit, i cant raise it for another 9 months. Id make close to 700 next month with my full time job. I really want to get this done before the end of May.  Any good plastic surgery places that do financing  or any decent  insurance out there?
