whats the best excuse @ work? help

i will be having a check-up tomorrow for my testosterone and estrogen levels. but i need to file a leave at the office and let my supervisor tell that i will be absent tomorrow. but what is the best excuse i could tell him why will i not be able to go to work? i dont want them to have idea that it will be because of my gynecomastia problems.

Tell them you have "some personal business to take care of."

You don't need to share your life details with your employer.

That is absolutely correct! It is none of their business.

If you feel compelled to be more specific, just say that you are worried about a growth.

An excuse for surgery: Had a growth removed fortunately not malignant, thanks for caring.

If you tell the truth, you do not have to worry about getting caught. You do not need to tell the whole truth though.
