Gyne Surg. Question

Hey all, I've been reading these forums for some time now and I think I am read to start looking into surgurey.  I am eighteen and live alone and have a full time job.  After I save up money for a surgurey is it possible to go through with the entire process without telling my parernts or anyone else what I am doing?

What do yall think who have gone through with it? Can I totally keep this secret from everyone?

Of course you can keep it secret....as long as you dont take your shirt off during the healing process.

But even if someone does see....just say you had to have a quick operation because you damaged your pec muscles while weight training and there was fluid build-up.
