confused

hey i was looking through websites on where the main gland for gynomastica is located and they all stated behind the nipple... however i have an enlarged male breast and i have no glands behind my nipple; there is nothing there.. howeveri have some lumps (which ibelievecanbe a gland) around my chest.... is this normal? could this a tumor that is causingme to have a male breast?

sorry i should be more clear..  right behind my areola i have no glands whatsoever its just fat.. however i believe i have glands around my areola

I doubt a tumor can cause male breasts. As you would need two tumors

but u agree its not natural setting.. maybe pubertal gynomastica that still remains?

i figured that much out... but when i push my nipple in there is nothing there... i'm thinking it might be a partial regression.... though imnot sure completly
