How Bad is Mine?
Hey everyone, im new to the forum!  Sick of the man boobs!!  This is mine.  Its gotten worse since i started gainign weight.  Im 6'3, 210 lbs, 22 y/o wanna drop to about 195.  im gonna save up for surgery eventually but want to try losing the weight first, ive always had puffy nipples. now it seems there is fat build up as well, what do u all think?

Fat but also gland. You'll have difficulties in losing your breast by sports only. Sports may help in your case but it will not be sufficient. Surgery seems to be the best solution.
