Quick Question!

Hey guys, I'm 22 with puffy nipple gyne, yea,  sucks, anyways... if you have alot of glandular buld-up wouldnt your chest still stick out when you are lying on your back?  when i ly down mine is normal which leads me to believe i have more fat thatn anything else.  any input?  thanks!
