I'm in Phoenix Arizona USA.

I live in the desert. Today's temp was 112 degrees.

Fortunately I never had a problem with puffy nips.

My problem was fat in my chest that obsessive diet and exercise would not burn off.

im from avondale,arizona itz hot as fck here  and i do have puffy nipps >< but i never go outside except to lift^^when the sun dies down
