Hello

So. could it be just fat? Had these for a long time (I'm 27).
Is there a good way for me to find out for myself if  I got it or not?
Look at these pics and tell me what you think.

You look like you got the puffies.

Is there hard material (gland) in there?

Thanks for the replies. I really don't work out so I was just wondering how much can be achieved by dropping some weight.
Any workout suggestions? All comments are welcome.

And btw thanks for everyone here. Just found about gyne and this site, and it has been a real eye opener.
Reading this board is like a form of therapy ;D. Seriously, thank you all.

To me it appears that you have gland, so all working out is going to do is the muscle will form around the gland. Your nips will still stick out, I know it sucks.

  • Wilma, grab the lotion, we're going to the beach!
Some fat doesn't disappear from diet and exercise.

Fat is not necessarily "Fat", if you know what I mean.

At one point in my life, I was so committed to working out that I had ripped abs and a fat chest.

I think it's always smart to be in pretty good shape before surgery (for several reasons), but just understand that the fat may not go away without surgery.

Gyne. You do not seem to have an excess of fat.
