can anyone recommend a good surgeon in sweden or denmark that performs gynecomastia surgery?

I want someone that does NOT do any incisions outside the areola-area, in other words I need someone that does excision and lipo from the same incision in the lower areola-border

...hard to find someone that uses this technique.
