Cost of hormone tests in the US?

Can somebody tell me what is the cost of these hormone tests if you don't have insurance. I will have insurance in 3 months, but I don't believe it will cover them anyway, so I don't want to wait so long.

If you phone an endocrinologist in your area their PA should be able to detail costs.  If I were you I would wait the three months as this is almost certain to be covered by insurance.
