How does it feel post-op?

This one is for all the ex-gyners roaming the site. When it's fully healed does your chest feel different than it did with the gyne. Like less bounce, less stretchy feeling when you stand properly etc?

There are exceptions, but most of the people who have had surgery and are truly happy with the result lose interest in this site and they are unavailable for a response.
