I was wondering because alot of protein shakes contain L arginine ammino acid which causes a "pump"

The supplemet that causes massive muscular pumps "no2" is mainly L- Arginine.

  • Wilma, grab the lotion, we're going to the beach!
L-Arginine is a non essential amino acid, so the body makes it's own supply.  I think it can stimulate the pitutary gland to produce more GH. More GH in the body can cause gyne?  If so, maybe not in the amounts in most protein shakes.  Don't know.

It shouldn't affect your nips/gyno/post-op etc.

I've downed those L-Arginine/NO2 tabs by the mouthful, and barely noticed any difference while working out.
