look man I have seen your photos. I have a friend who had exactly the same result like you post op. the reason this happened is that a large gland and massive amount of fat was sucked out of your chest leaving big amount of skin hanging loose. the only way out of this is to have skin reduction surgery +/- areolar transfer. this will make things look almost normal on the expence of having a scar, but luckily you have a hairy chest wich will cover any scar.
