Me thinks that the guy at the bottom of Page 3 could have chosen a more masculine set of shorts in the 'Before' pics. :-X

  • Had expensive surgery... Now I'm flat busted!
That's a lot more information about that guy than is medically necessary.   Excuse me, I've got to go barf.

lol, I would have to agree.

I note that in several instances the outcome as really good. Unfortunately I also noted several instances where I wondered why the person went through surgery.

Dan...

Yeah, I noticed the same thing. If that were me, I'd be looking for a revision....

I am not sure why everyone here on this thread masculinity is so threatened, but there is a wide varity of male underware that moves well beyond the brieif and boxers category. The underware in question is clearly for a man and frankly his masculinity appears to be much more in tack than many others.

I think that the surgery went pretty well. It looks like he also had his stomach done.

Merle's right... Our masculinity doesn't depend on such things...

I think some of the peeps are just trying to keep it light in here and there was no real intent to offend anyone.....This is just my opinion.  Also  i saw some horrible results  of some of those doctors

Wow I went to the guy on page 1 just for a visit. Kenrick A. Spence, I'm not impressed at all with the work. The guy at the bottom of page one had nothing wrong with his physique it looked like symmetrical and lean. He was better off without the surgery.
