slightly off topic - ascending testicle

Hi,
I know this is a little off-topic, but there seem to be plenty of knowledgable people on this board that can hopefully help me

I've noticed that as of late that during sex my left testical sometimes get's pushed up inside.  Just to the left of my penis, then I have to push it back down.  It leaves the scrotum area.  This has never happened before.  I've noticed my left is smaller than the right, I think this may be recent as well.

Anyone know what could be happening?   Could this be related to the fact that my left side seems to be getting more gyne that before?
