Surgeons in the Philippines?

It removed the fats around the nipple area but not on the nipple itself, and the scar tissue is worse than the original tissue that I had, that's why he will do excision this time.

Blue dragon ralph.. i went to Dr callanta and told me Lipo lang ang ipreform niya sakin .. ah eh ang dami  sa forum na dis satisfied sa lipo lang .. arghhe kulitin ko ba siya mag perform ng excision? Mag fifirst operation ako T_T Ang plan niya sakin is Lipo muna then after 6 months excision na... Ahh what to do!!! Tama b siya? kasi yung case mo, he preformed lipo and excision na eh .. eh sakin ang suggested lang lipo then after 6 months excision ahh eh stage 3 na yung akin... Gusto kasi matangal toh 1 operation lang ..

How old are you na? Ako 18 ko lang nung april 23

find yerself a better doctor. halata naman na lipo-only is not the solution...

Try Dr. Beny Herbosa of Makati Med, he had done lipo only to me in my 1st surgery but after 6 weeks he put me in a revision surgery doing excision this time, I'm 1 week post-op now in my 2nd surgery and so far the results is good. He is also very nice doctor and will answer anything you ask about this condition.

How bad is your case? Can we see some pics? From what I experienced and understand is that you perform an excision only if what causes your gyne are glands. However, if it is fats that's causing your gyne, then I think lipo can be a solution here. Did the doctor explain if you have just fats or fats with glands? I'm not toally discounting "liposuction only" solution depending on your case. Mine was definitely a mixture of fats, glands and excess skin.

1st op ko with dr callanta, lipo only, failed

nag 2nd op ako, sabi nya he'll do lipo/excision... we had an agreement

after the surgery, i wake up he says 'lipo only ginawa ko' if doesn't work come back for a 3rd operation, then i'll excise it! eh putcha nag agree na sya sa 2nd op na mag excise! gusto ata ng doctor na to mag pa opera ka sakanya mga 5 times bago sya mag excise, or baka style nya lipo only hangat sawa! style nya para kumita ng pera! Ang panget ng ugali nya, libre nga consultation, bulok naman service nya!
