I am, 20 years old,  5'11 and 149 lbs. I have a feeling that this is Gynecomastia but I am not quite sure.

Let me ask you this, don't mean to be rude or anything.  Just trying to understand.

What difference does it make if its gyne or not?  

Does that affect your opinion on how your chest looks?

Well, if it is definitely gyne..I want to do something about it. I always felt different because my friends had flat chests.

yes, though not severe, pictures 2 and 3 show it best.  

you were not wrong to feel different, it happens to most of us, and you have the right to decide you want it gone if that's what gives you peace with yourself.
