I'm 26 and from UK. I have quite bad gynecomastia but to be honest am scared shitless of surgery, for the simple reason it's very radical, but more to the point it's not proven to work is it!! All the stories I hear are dodgy and the photos don't look that different between before and after.
Main reason I'm posting this is that i've heard about something called G Y N A S T I N (put the letters together - i can't type properly or the site will change it)and if this does what it says on the tin then it would be a miracle and I'd get my life back. I'm a virgin, I don't take my top off so I can't go swimming, and panic about meeting girls and basically about even running around.
Please help and please let me know what you think about the non surgical route, and any medications you know of.
