There are several non prescription products marketed for the reduction/removal of Gynecomastia. They do not work.

There are a couple of medications which require a prescription That have limited success. These medications should be used only with competent medical supervision (Meaning an Endocrinologist) and only in selected cases. Timing seems to be important and they do not work if the breast enlargement is long term and has become fixed. Which medication to use, and at what dosage; would usually be determined after a thorough examination and Lab work.

The use of hormones without competent medical monitoring could actually make things much worse.
