Bay Area, CA - would like to see your results

i have what doctors are calling a mild to moderate case of gynecomastia. i am considering surgery and have seen all the pre- and post-op pics, but what i'd really like to help me make a decision is see results up close. is there anyone in san francisco or the bay area who wouldn't mind letting me check-out their results? i'd really appreciate your time and help!
