A New Way To Reduce Swelling?
 I am 6 weeks post-op, and i'm still "swollen" i'm wondering if i put ice around the swollen area, will it  help with the "swelling"? And by that i mean it wont just make the nipple hard because its cold.

i've also heard that heat therapy reduces swelling as well, which one do i use for 6 weeks post op?
