Big Back?
Do you any of you seem to have a larger than normal back? Maybe its just from the gynecomastia but it seems like my upperback sticks out too much. Like I can't tuck in a shirt with the back of the shirt staying straight. It annoys me more than anything in the world.

probably more on the prominant shoulder blades i wouldnt say muscular back though
