I think that yours is a low-medium severity case...
I'm not an expert but I think your gyno is made up by a glandular component (your nipples are rather puffy) and a fat component.

Good luck for everything you'll decide to do.

I agree.. looks like some gland and fat...
why don't you hit the gym and see the results...that sould take care of the fat component.
(you may want to split the pics into several rows...)
