Gyne with pain

Most people on this board seem be concerned with the growth in the area caused by gyne but do most these same people have pain in the area as well.

Speaking for myself I receive pain especially when bumped or direct pressure on the nipple itself.

It would appear that not everyone who develops gyne feels any sensitivity or pain while it is growing.  It also depends on your pain threshold too.  I can only say that while mine was growing I certainly felt a tenderness around the nipples and pain if they were knocked.

I've never experienced pain in the chest area but occassionally get nipple irritation when running and my shirt rubs up against my nips.
