The answer is yes, no doubt about it. I cannot tell you how much exactly you'll pay for it, others may be able to tell you that. It depends on where you are and so on...

As has been said so many times,  loose some weight then you will have a better picture of where you are at.

It seems like you can tell even when a guy is over weight if his chest has a pointy shape with large nipples, that seems to stay even with weight loss.  Overweight with rounded shape and smaller nipples, the breasts go away with weight loss.
