I am 18, and i have had this problem for like atleast 5-6 years, i agree i could lose some weight. I have lost like 45 pounds before but it doesnt effect my chest. I am really self consious. And i dread/ never take my shirt off. Please tell me if this is a case?

Hard to tell if it is gyne, because you do look overweight. Perhaps you should try some weight loss first. If you lose weight your chest may become much smaller.

you can notice the large areola, but not sure if that just comes with being overweight

the shape is too rounded to make me think it was just weight, and murder_city is right, areolas that big are almost a dead giveaway.  i say gyne, moderate/4-5 on a ten scale.

* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?

do the fitness, but i guarantee you it won't cure it, it's surgery from here.
