Cocaine and surgery

I'm not saying I'm Tony Montana, but I do like to dabble.... Are there any implications of doing the odd line of Charlie and going under anaesthetic? If so, how long should I be "clean" before going under?

think they actually sometimes use cocaine in nose surgery. Best person to ask is the surgeon.

you should give up now and get your blood pressure checked and have a ECG (electrocardiogram)
if you cant kick it then dont risk surgery better to have moobs and be alive than no moobs and dead.

You should also defintely inform your surgeon. No matter how long you've been clean for. Withholding info like that could have serious implications regarding the anesthetic.

agree, defo tell yr surgeon. they not gna care whether u dun it or not, but will help u for anesetic if u tell.
