crack now anybody on here know info bout loose skin,if ya loose good bit o weight how long to it looses that fukn sag look and firms up i know that its like askin how longs a bit of string cheers

right thye excess skin is possible to be removed via surgery.
its a small op that can be done under local anesthetic.
if your unhappy about the look fgo to see your GP who will then help and advise you further

I'm afraid the only way get rid loose skin (wivout surgery) is to loose alot of fat - get under 10% B.F. for sure - and do alot of excercises. Diet - loads of protein and green veg. After about a year U can bulk up a bit and your skin should have shrunk to fit ya!

U really want to avoid surgery for loose skin - u'll end up wiv badf scars prolly.

The 'get thin / excercise' route is hard work but can work on moderate cases 'cos I dun it after loosing 4.5 st.
