6 week appointment today

I had my 6 week appointment today and all is well, considering the amount of work that was done to me.  I have some loose skin and swelling that I'm dealing with so he told me to keep wearing the compression shirt (thank you Underworks) for another month.  I'm supposed to continue to massage a couple of times a day for 5 minutes.  I will say that the massaging seems to be having a very positive effect.  If you are healing from the surgery and not massaging then you're missing the boat.   I can tell a difference immediately after the massage.  Working out starts this week since I was given the go-ahead today.  He told me to listen to my body and stop doing anything that hurts.
